Revenue Analyst - Manager
We are looking for Manager - Revenue Analyst for our Client supporting role.
Key responsibilities of the position include evaluating contracts, gathering reporting data, producing complex excel templates and validating of invoice data.
Location: Mumbai
Work Timing - 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM (3:30 AM to 12:30 PM EST)

- Reviewing and validating contract components and invoicing data provided by operations/legal/ sales team.
- Extract/import data from various billing systems, data warehouses, CRM, and other information system as per the requirement.
- Review various transactions for accuracy in the systems covering but not limited to order processing, online transactions, promotions, billing, rating, etc.
- Gathering operational data from various reporting systems. Updating and maintaining relevant billing data in financial systems and ensure that all charges are billed completely and accurately.
- Developing invoicing for new clients, reviewing contracts, identifying the source of billing elements, and establishing effective monthly processes. Maintaining process documentation and compliance with those processes.
- Research and develop recommendations to improve internal controls and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with various teams/departments to identify business gaps, risk, and resolutions
- Analyse and summarize findings for users and management.
- Perform other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
- Demonstrates clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and efficient at multi-tasking with adjustable priorities.
- Strong IT skills, with specific expertise using excel & Working Knowledge of Great Plains - ERP
- Demonstrates a proactive - can-do- attitude and a proven background in exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrates commitment to quality in all aspects of work, despite a heavy workload and time pressures.
Qualification/ Skills :
- M.Com/MBA in Finance & Accounting with 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate with On-site team members/ Internal and external customers.
