Job Summary: As a Renewal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Global sales team with Sales Operations for all Support Maintenance contracts within an assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for driving renewal business and meet revenue targets within an assigned geography. This will require the ability to:

- Meet monthly/quarterly and annual revenue targets

- Quoting customers 90 days prior to contract expiration so that all customer accounts are resolved prior to the expiration date

- Manage all renewal opportunities and activity notes in CRM system

- Manage the opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely updates to Management on progress and outlook

- Engaging in regular follow-up with Customers/Partners/Distributors for on-time execution of Purchase Orders for maintenance renewals.

- Explain to Customers and channel partners the product and support benefits of continuing their maintenance contract

- Qualify Customers for potential up-sell opportunities of support services

- Maintain a strong understanding of current and new products, as well as promotions

- Ensure proper customer data is collected and input into the database

Qualifications & Skills :

Required :

- Language proficiency (with excellent written/verbal communication skills)

- Minimum of 2+ yrs in Contract Renewal, Sales, Inside Sales and/or Customer facing role

- 2-5 yrs in team management experience

Preferred

- Experience in IT Products and Service Industry

- Experience CRM systems, such as NetSuite or Sales Force a plus

- A general understanding of Contracts and terms specific to maintenance

- Experience managing and driving resale performance and developing joint enablement strategies is a plus

- Excellent organization and time management skills; able to manage highly complex and/or critical customer issues

Desired

- Competence with reporting and information management tools, including MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

- Demonstrable experience in a role involving - critical thinking- : i.e. ability to analyze issues, make decisions and problem solve self-sufficiently, without requiring ongoing direction setting. Pragmatic decision making where exceptions are required.

- Ability to manage and handle conflict professionally and to drive to resolution

Education :

- Bachelor's degree/PG or equivalent in a numerate, technical or business discipline.
