This key position will be responsible for providing direction for the day to day management of Talent Acquisition for all functions and be a key contributor in developing, implementing and servicing all aspects of the recruiting process and strategy. The TA Lead will partner and build exceptional business relationships with hiring managers and external sources to ensure efficient and effective full life cycle recruiting strategies. Reporting to the Vice President - People Function, this highly visible position will interact with all levels of the organization across multiple functions through providing subject matter expertise on all talent acquisition strategies, policies and leading edge programs to ensure the organization can inventively and successfully attract and engage top talent.  Primary Responsibilities:  1) Develops recruiting strategies and oversee recruiting operations to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner  2) Leads strategic sourcing efforts including to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need  3) Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.  4) Develop, report and track key metrics  5) Identify areas for improvement, working to develop and implement solutions to drive better results  6) Works with Business heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs to enable the development of strategic sourcing and recruitment plans  7) Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting  8) Working with TA team, coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives  9) Research best practices and network with internal and external HR colleagues to keep abreast of marketplace and workforce trends; share learnings with HR team
