Role
GM - Quality Head for Technology Product Manufacturing.
Knowledge & Responsibility
Responsible entire lifecycle QUALITY management of Product (Production to Delivery)
1. Sound Knowledge of CMM, OMM, CVSCANNER, SPECTROFOTOMETER, UV TESTING
2. IQC, IPQC, OQC , Awareness of Equipment Qualification/ Set Up
3. Machining Knowledge , Surface Treatment (Anodizing), Shot blasting, Press Machine Operation Process experience is a must
4. Minitab/JMP Software
5. Managing all Internal Audits standard, ISO 9001/2015 and MRM ,QMS
6. Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Knowledge desirable
Experience
1. 20-25 years of experience and minimum last 10 years as Head of Quality preferably in a large scale manufacturing
2. Aerospace/Electronic Manufacturing Industry desirable
3. Client Management Experience (US/Europe) & Regular Interaction adds on to advantage
4. Green Field Project Exp desirable
