Aequor Technologies - SAP Consultant - HANA/Basis Modules

Role : SAP HANA performance expert (8+ yrs).

HANA + Basis (~80:20) more focus on HANA

Required Skills :

- Vast experience in SAP HANA Operations, Administration, and performance tuning for SAP applications ERP/BW on HANA, BW4HANA, S4HANA.

- Well familiar with HANA Mini check analysis & SQL Statement collections, EWA Analysis, HANA fundamentals and ABAP System performance KPIs & transactions.

- E-2-E analysis expertise on HANA performance KPIs, memory, CPU, IO bottlenecks.

- Deep SQL statement analysis and query tuning expertise on SAP HANA. Should be able to analyze and tune expensive statements in HANA single handedly.

- Should be able to analyze performance bottlenecks (system wide) on SAP HANA or OS level w.r.t ABAP based applications (including finding ABAP origin for problematic application source reported on HANA)

- Familiar with ABAP development fundamentals is big plus to relate problem statement on DB & App layer. e.g., ABAP Function libraries & methods and where-used analysis.

- Having knowledge and expertise supporting S4HANA customer with know-how of ABAP CDS views, Fiori based application consumption of the HANA system.

- Expertise and knowledge of standard housekeeping of SAP systems for data reduction, Data archiving for HANA based systems know how will be a BIG PLUS.

- Well versed with HANA table partitioning strategies specific to (SAP) Applications and best practices for table partitions for ABAP based systems, knowledge and expertise on Data Tiering / Data aging / NLS for BW for HANA systems for recommending right approaches for data volume management.

- Deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for performance and operations at complex HANA implementations.

- Well versed with SAP Technology stacks, Cloud platform, HANA cloud adaptions methodologies

- Experience of SAP suite on HANA migration - Greenfield / Brownfield, Data migration to SOH / S4HANA and system readiness / assessment / shakedown for migrations etc is added advantage.

Good to have skills :

- Knowledge and expertise on DB2 / MSSQL database administration and performance tuning

- BW technical / functional skills

- Expertise with various tools revolving around SAP HANA performance monitoring. E.g. Cockpits , Solman , FRUN, Focused Build
