Are you an independent self driven Business Development/Partnership Managers- Do you have an eye to identify new partnerships/alliances with Corporates-
What you- ll be responsible for-
- Pre-placement training & profiling of students; coordinating and facilitating post-program placements, industry-interfacing, brand-building initiatives to enhance placement activities
- Identification of potential Recruiters/Corporate organizations; Networking; Planning and organizing Job Fairs & students placement activities
- Maintaining contact with employers to obtain information on job opportunities, to develop and enhance working relationships, and to facilitate placement activities
- Providing training to students in resume writing, completing job applications, and interviewing
- Ensuring strict confidentiality of client records; maintaining a database of all students; maintaining all documents and records of student profiles, pre-placement initiatives, post-placement records, trends, etc.
What you- ll need-
- Entrepreneurial mindset with B.Tech. from top Institutes and MBA from top IIMs
- 2-4 years of of experience in handling Corporate Relations
