- The Branch Head will spearhead profitable business performance of the branch; the incumbent will hold ultimate responsibility for manpower built-up, volumes of business and expansion of Agency force.
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust system to manage Business Managers and the Agents; he will also ensure effective coordination with Trainers, customer support and Agency Development teams to ascertain smooth business processes in the branch.
- Meet the Recruitment, Licensing and the revenue target of the Branch.
- Periodic review of sales; analyze territory wise performance vis-à-vis target and achievement
- Set targets for Business Managers based on past performance, Branch plan and potential
