Unique Job Role (UJR): Sr. Digital Branding Manager (Marketing)

Job Mandate
The digital branding manager will work with the marketing function, responsibilities will include gathering user requirements, coordinating with advertising agencies, getting digital creatives designed, ATL & BTL support, execute designing elements for the website. The applicant should have a sound knowledge of advertising, branding, communication, ATL and BTL communication. Knowledge of HTML and digital creative creation knowledge will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product owner and business teams
- Adhere to brand standards and brand guidelines for creative output
- Ability to churn work out effectively from multiple creative agencies
- Ideating and creating communication for performance marketing
- Writing communication briefs for agency
- ATL and BTL support for user teams
- Maintaining a repository of previous years creatives
- Competitive tracking and analysis
- Pro-active ideas for branding & communication
- Vendor negotiations and execution of projects
- Expertise in creating optimized emailers and banner
- Well versed with media planning and media execution duties
Educational Qualifications :
- Graduate/Post graduate
- Advertising / Communications background
- Candidates from the insurance industry will be preferred
Years of Experience (minimum & maximum) : 4 - 6 years
What are the nature and scope of responsibilities the candidate should have handled-
- Digital branding capabilities (web banners, mailers)
- Knowledge of BFSI, Insurance, NBFC, Mutual Fund categories
- Ability to manage multiple stake holder expectations- Quick turnaround of projects/work
Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory) :
- Co-ordinating with agency partners to create impactful communication
- Understanding the requirements of various user teams to create communication and messaging requirements
- End To End responsibility of New initiatives and new product launches
- Making Compliance Ready creative communication
- Pro-active ideas for branding & communication
- Negotiating the costs with vendors
- Good knowledge of creating optimized emailers and banners
