We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Managing day-to-day accounting processes and financial controls.

- Developing and maintaining financial strategies to support business goals.

- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.

- Collaborating with different departments to align financial goals and strategies.

- Assisting with audits and preparing financial statements.

- Should be familiar with Tally.

- Should have a strong understanding of taxations.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance management or related roles.

- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and budgeting processes.

- Proficient in tally, financial software and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present financial information clearly.
