Business Development Manager
- Evaluating New Technologies & Products for Advy & Group companies
- Designing Survey Forms for Domestic Customer Feedback on New Products to be introduced & existing products
- Designing Survey Forms for Customer Feedback on Bulk Products, knowing their application of our raw materials, etc.
- Business Plan & Sales of Domestic & International Customers for Molecular Reagents - Genei Lab Products
- Suggesting which products should be developed at Genei Labs.
- Studying Websites of Current Bulk customers and suggesting areas of growth
- Handling end to end queries coming International Stakeholders for new products, new customers, etc. Ensuring that queries are converted to sales.
- Studying Product Catalogs of other Raw Material Companies and suggesting products for development. Working closely with R&D Team.
- Evaluation for Techno-Commercial Purchase & guiding in automation for Bulk Production Processes.
- Demo to Customers for New Products that are launched whether domestically or internationally.- Training to Sales Team & other application team members on Product Features & Usage of our New Developed Products.
- Designing Marketing Brochures & Labels for new products
- Part of a Technical Assessment Panel to adjudge potential technical recruits.
- Analysis of Advy's Science within its various departments and thereafter continuously monitor scientist profiles who could fit well within Advy's R&D/Production
- Any other activities related to above functions
Qualifications : B.Sc./ B. Pharm./ MBA Sales & Marketing
