Roles and Responsibilities : Client Success : - Drive client advocacy through various flexibilities and constraints of the organization - Drive higher utilization of the platform through features and experiences that make the most sense for our clients - Drive higher engagement through professional analytics/ consulting services leading to growth in account's service revenues Product Success : - Collaborate with your 2-in-a-box on the Product Development side to define priority areas that deliver higher value to our clients People Success : - Mentor and assist genies in reaching their individual goals as well as the unit's collective goals Thought Leadership : - Continue to learn about the marketing initiatives and challenges of the MA ecosystem to drive better alignment - Demonstrate thought leadership through various mediums KRAs : - Advocacy - Number of references provided by client to other organization or department / Joint webinar / Testimonials for website - Client delight as measured through Customer Feedback - Renewal Retention rate: 85% - Growth in Client Account Revenues - Validated Product Ideas and features to the product team - White paper - one per quarter. Effectiveness measured through the social media - Contribution to the vertical/ organization - through KSSs, internal learning sessions, etc. Experience and Expertise : - Experience in Account Management and Client Success roles with proven track of success - Experience in cutting edge marketing Analytics - Strong problem solving and project management skills - Experience in people management - Knowledge in US Healthcare vertical is a plus
