Position: Manager (ASC – Advisory Service unit)
Reporting to: Director, ASC India
Exp – 5 -10 years
Major responsibilities may involve some or all of the below mentioned areas:
- Experience in sourcing strategy, captive strategy for client
- Experience with helping clients outsource (feasibility and business case, RFP, vendor selection, contracting support, SLAs, transition)
- Strong financial skills such that the person can Independently handling task and request related to
- Financial Analysis and Planning – base case, business case
- Pricing
- Exposure to Service Level methodologies, measurements and ability to highlight pro/con of particular SLA over the other to senior management
- Manage independently or work as part of small team to work on requests relating to Contract Interpretation, Summarization and Administration
Attributes / Skills sought:
- Excellent team and client management skills – global client exposure preferred
- Experience in pre-sales/ delivery/ transitioning/ operations in an IT or a BPO environment
- Above average analytical skills with hands on exposure to financial analysis and financial concepts
- Well conversant with MS Office (word, power point, access, excel – advanced skills)
- Communication Skills – Ability to lead or participate client meetings or internal projects
- Good inter-personal skills with an ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and teams
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Educational Qualification – Post graduates/ preferably with a business degree with a specialization in Finance etc.
- Team management skills
- Broader client/project/industry experience preferred
- Exposure to unknown or uncertain environment/client situation preferred
- Prior experience in BPO or IT industry preferred
