Advisor To The Board - FinTech/NBFC

Job Description :

We are looking to onboard a panel of advisors who would provide counsel to the board on a range of matters of strategic importance.

Responsibilities :

- Strategic Leadership: Provide informed perspectives and guidance to the Board, leveraging your deep understanding of the industry and market dynamics. Participate in committees and special events, as required.

- Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best corporate governance practices through various committees.

- Risk Management: Assess and help mitigate risks associated with the company's operations, investments, and strategic initiatives, while safeguarding the interests of stakeholders.

- Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director on key matters such as capital allocation, fundraising, managing regulatory environment and strategic business partnerships.

Requirements:

- 25+ years of experience in a similar role in large Corporates/Similar setups

- Financial services background with deep ecosystem connects

- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and fiduciary responsibilities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex business issues.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences effectively.

- Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and commitment to upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct.
