Advisor - Marketing Strategy & Planning - Internet/Online (12-18 yrs)

Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic thought leadership to customer organization for implementing marketing and product strategies based upon customer, financial and data driven insights
- Assess marketing needs of the customer basis customer's problem statement and recommend the best advanced analytics tools to support them
- Develop integrated marketing solutions for customer organization involving Marketing, Credit, Finance and Sales to drive product strategy, grow credit penetration and deliver incremental sales and net income
- Be a trusted advisor to customer for optimizing marketing investment
- Own customer relationships including organizing and leading customer workshops
- Identify performance improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations
- Institutionalize learnings of the projects to enrich organizational assets & capabilities
- Provide training, documentation and other assistance to other associates to support and expand the practice of marketing analytics
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Marketing Management, a Bachelor Degree in engineering, Mathematics, Science, Economics or any other quantitative field will be an added advantage
- 12+ years of experience in marketing or customer management role. Exposure to advanced analytics will be a strong plus
- Proven ability to manage large transformation projects around marketing / customer management
- Strong abilities in problem definition and problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to work well with all levels within the company and at customer
- Must be able to discuss technical issues with a non-technical audience
- Must be able to work independently
- Open to travel is a must
