Client: A Premium Firm in Management Consulting

Practice: Basic materials

Designation: Advisor/Consultant

Location: Travel to client side

Tenure: Initially 6 months. Can be renewed later basis of mutual understanding and project requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work along with top management to identify areas for cost reduction

- Run idea generation session with client teams

- Work along with clients to see through end to end implementation

- Right intervention with the frontline team to ensure adoption of aligned ideas-

- 3 to 5 years of manufacturing / shop floor experience

- Experience in project management and driving/implementing manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications needed:

Education - Graduation + Post Graduation (MBA).

Consulting background is preferred
