Position - Advertising Operations Manager
Job Role - Category Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining process SOPs and ensuring execution
- Payments follow-ups, finance and external coordination felicitator
- Working with tech and product on product issues, new applications and experiments
- Resolution of client grievances
- Acting as Quality Controller for all inventories
- Working with other members in team to make campaigns live within TAT
- Maintain & share daily / weekly / monthly reports for various metrics, to internal stakeholders and management
- Execute complex multi-stakeholder engagements
Experience:
- Operations experience preferably in digital / media domain
- 3 - 6 years of work experience
- Min Education - Graduate
Tools & Skills:
- Google Ad Manager knowledge
- Excellent Proficiency in MS Office [MS Excel, MS PowerPoint both]
- Result driven orientation with high bias for data & action
- Clarity of thought process
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations
- Excellent Communication Skills.
