Job Description

Role: Performance Marketing Specialist Quick Commerce and E-Commerce

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Location: Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai

Notice Period: Immediate or 15 days

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

- Developed and executed end-to-end performance marketing campaigns tailored to quick commerce and e-commerce platforms.

- Plan platform-specific promotional activities, including sponsored listings, banner ads, and performance-based campaigns.

- Collaborate with quick commerce partners to implement co-branded campaigns and exclusive offers.

Optimization and Analysis

- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Use A/B testing, keyword optimization, and creative iterations to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Leverage platform analytics tools and dashboards to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.

Budget Management

- Allocate and manage budgets for performance marketing campaigns across platforms.

- Ensure cost efficiency by monitoring spending and ROI on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

- Report on budget utilization and recommend adjustments based on campaign performance.

Collaboration and Coordination

- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.

- Collaborate with the sales and e-commerce teams to align campaign objectives with revenue goals.

- Partner with supply chain teams to ensure sufficient stock availability during promotions.

Platform and Market Analysis

- Stay updated on quick commerce platform algorithms, trends, and ad product innovations.

- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark performance and identify areas of opportunity.

- Analyse consumer behaviour data on platforms to refine targeting and segmentation strategies.

Customer Retention and Loyalty

- Develop strategies to drive repeat purchases and customer retention on quick commercial platforms.

- Use targeted ads and promotions to re-engage dormant customers and reduce churn.

Strategic Planning and Execution

- Develop and execute tailored strategies for quick commerce channels to maximize revenue and brand presence.

- Analyse platform-specific data to identify sales trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.

- Ensure alignment of quick commerce strategies with the overall business objectives of the FMCG company.

Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with quick commerce partners and stakeholders.

- Act as the primary point of contact for quick commerce platforms, ensuring effective communication and seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.

- Negotiate trade terms, promotional agreements, and pricing with platform partners.

Product Visibility and Merchandising

- Optimize digital shelf presence, including product listing, search keywords, and category placements.

- Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and align with brand guidelines.

- Drive and execute merchandising plans, including promotions, bundling, and seasonal campaigns.

Sales Monitoring and Reporting

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance on quick commerce platforms.

- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, sales metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

- Use data analytics tools to derive insights and recommend corrective actions to address performance gaps.

Collaboration and Coordination

- Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure consistent product availability and timely replenishments.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute platform-specific promotional campaigns.

- Coordinate with category managers to identify product trends and potential new listings.

Customer Experience and Retention

- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing platform-related issues and coordinating with internal teams.

- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, taking actionable steps to improve ratings and resolve concerns.

Market and Competitor Analysis

- Stay updated on market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activities in the quick commerce space.

- Benchmark the companys performance against competitors and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge
