We are a funded start-up, based out of Mumbai and focused on corporate fraud investigations. We seek out to disrupt the way lending decisions are made and credit monitored.

We are passionate about being a catalyst in changing the culture of credit being made available to corporate & prevent cataclysmic impact of bad credit decisions on the economy.

The Team

The founders have in the aggregate over 50 years of experience in financial services spanning credit assessment, financial research, forensic & fraud analytics. We have, in the past, developed a robust platform for delivery of timely forensic insights and enjoy strong relationships across the financial services ecosystem. We specialize in assisting financial institutions with their investment decisions from a forensic perspective.

Position: Forensic Associate

Location: Ahmedabad (4-6 months training @ Mumbai with core founding team - all expenses taken care by company)

Qualification: CA / MBA / CFE / LLB

Role & Responsibilities:

The primary responsibility of an Analyst is to assist the Senior Analyst in carrying out forensic analysis in order to identify & highlight fraudulent activities carried out by the company management.

While performing forensic analysis of the company the Analyst is expected to carry out detailed research on the following

- Sector & Business analysis

- Financial Analysis

- Evaluate accounting practices

- Evaluate legal & regulatory practices

The Analyst is expected to use internally identified sources & research new sources to gather data while carrying out the research process. The Analyst is then expected to discuss his findings with the Senior Analyst & document the same in a presentation/report format.
