Primary Purpose : Be an internal consultant and HR resource to Department Head, Managers and Employees on human resource-related subjects and proactively provide consulting services in relation to Employee Life Cycle Events Management. Ensure human resource goals are aligned with the business goals of organization. To act as an employee champion in a hyper-growth environment.

Key Job outcomes :

- Ensure to be the primary HR contact for Functional leaders for providing expertise and guidance in the areas of organizational design, talent pool, talent development, succession planning, performance management etc.

- Effectively partner with Functional Leaders and their leadership teams to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives.

- Ensure to act as a trusted advisor to Functional leaders to develop strong leadership pipeline, effective performance management and manpower planning etc.

- Effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of approach and clarity of deliverables.

- Effectively and proactively identify critical roles and develop potential talent pipelines.

- Be the custodian for executing the capability development strategy (TNI, content development, delivery and evaluation of effectiveness)

- Ensure to lead succession planning and talent development strategies for the respective functions.

- Effectively assist in the development and implementation of career plans of employees.

- Ensure to partner with training team for designing & implementation of employee training roadmaps.

- Efficiently drive recruitment in the business unit by understanding the unique needs of the position, help in creating right job descriptions and ensuring that the person fits the bill.

- Ensure to be an efficient SPOC for any new and existing employee who require assistance or have grievances.

- Effectively drive IJP's for better career path and succession planning.

- Ensure facilitation of programs to improve and initiate employee engagement activities.

- Effectively communicate HR policies and processes to employees and ensure employees adhere to them.

- Effectively develop and execute HR strategy for the respective function.

- Effectively execute key HR Programs and initiatives in your division in alignment with global HR and business requirements.

- Ensure to send employee communication mailers on events and some announcements/information and publish newsletter.

- Ensure daily floor visit to follow up on any employee related query, issues and concerns.

- Ensure and administer warning letters on grounds of disciplinary issues/performance

- Ensure effective employee relations and attrition management by monitoring and strategizing control measures for attrition control in the business unit.

- Ensure the people-perspective is represented in business decisions so implications are understood and the workforce is proactively managed.

- To ensure staff communication and relations by managing grievances, two-way channel of communication, creating a climate and culture of belonging and loyalty.

- Effective handling of employee grievances (performance grievance and issues with reporting manager) and taking necessary action to take it to closure

- Independently performs day-to-day activities to meet departmental objectives.

- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports and databases.

Work Relations :

Internal :

- Reporting to Vice President-HR for all admin and functional purpose.

- Interfacing with key executives, managers and employees of respective business unit

- Interfacing with the Leadership team to support strategic and business goals, and provide detailed insight into business performance with the perspective of HRBP of respective business unit.

External :

- Interface with Professional Networks.

- Interface with best practice organizations.

- Interface with suppliers/ vendors.

Qualification :

- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

- Positive, pro-active and enthusiastic, People Orientation, High on Integrity, Cool Temperament, Inter-personal skills, Administration and Management, Relationship Building, Judgment and Decision Making, Analysis and Problem Solving, Effective Communication (Oral and Written), Presentation, Customer-focused, Organizational skills and Self Motivated.

- The ideal candidate will be a person who has a convincing personality, has a sense of urgency, is proactive and result orientated. Depicts ownership. Demonstrate skills in various HR functional areas (especially employee relations, coaching and change management) with the ability to work at all levels of the HR stack (strategic, operational and tactical).

- The Job Profile indicates that incumbent must demonstrate credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward. Also, demonstrates clear business acumen and an ability to drive for results and get things done. Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high performer in a similar role, good communicator, team player can be the best candidate for the role.
