Position : Executive / Sr. Executive - Global HR Performance Coordinator

Organization : Advantmed India LLP

Function/SBU : Human Resources

Base Location : Ahmedabad

Reporting Manager : Vice President-HR

Role : Global HR Coordinator

Primary Purpose: Responsible for overall coordination for HR vertical across Global locations. Involve into processes and administration for traction of task and meetings as well as Project Deliverables. The role is shall be a pivotal role enabling the HR org. unit to achieve it MBO's. Although this role is based out India office, as part of a Global HR Operations team, this role is blend of transaction and coordination across Global office.

Key Job outcomes:

Performance Management:

- Effectively track all HR Organization unit's MBO's to achievement by tracking the same access the HR Org. unit globally.

- Effectively Track the Performance paraments of the entire Global HR team and publish monthly reports.

- Effectively track the performance parameters and provide inputs towards the Performance bonus computation as well as variable pay computation for the members of the Global HR team.

- Track tardiness among global HR team members and recommend for disciplinary action.

Global Meeting Structure Management:

- Effectively schedule all Internal HR meetings globally and track the actionable as well as minutes of meeting towards such meetings.

- Effectively ensure that all actionable are taken to closure with in the agreed timelines and escalate immediately if the timelines can not be achieved.

- Responsible for all internal meetings to happen in line with internal meeting SOP.

- Responsible for all task tractions and shall directly escalate as per reporting metrics if there are any deviations.

- Raise task tickets post tasks are located in meetings. (One-o-one or otherwise).

- Maintain monthly dashboard on performance and share the same for my internal records. Manage all invoices.

- Maintain tracker for all HR costs, budget, Invoice management and manages expense for India HR org. unit.

- Compute CPH and share the same with Leadership on Monthly basis.

- Responsible for Empanelment of New vendors for Recruitment.

- Appropriately escalate questions to other HR teams, People Relations or Payroll when required.

- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all areas of responsibility.

- Keep informed on changes in policies and SOP within HR vertical.

- Acts as a bridge between management and HR.

- Ambitious to learn the different avenues of HR.

Project Coordination and Other elements:

- Effectively track the SAP-SuccessFactors global implementation project milestones and actionable to closure.

- Document Minutes of meeting towards SAP - success factors global implementation.

- May perform duties involving employee communications, human resource policies and procedures, identifying potential issues and concerns, etc.

- Coordinates with the team to achieve the set KRA's in time.

- Assisting the team in planning internal and external events.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

- Exceptional coordination skills and ability to work across several tasks simultaneously.

- Exceptional follow-up skills.

- Exception written communication skills.

- Incumbent will be exposed to all facets of Global HR. Learnability shall be a key differentiator.

- High level knowledge in HR-Ops or broader knowledge across HR functions is preferred.

- Must be hands-on, detail-oriented, and process-minded and cope well with a high volume of HR transactions.

- Must have a level of proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft programs.

- Extremely self-disciplined professional who can lead by example.

- Excellent time management skills

- Excellent communication skills both written and oral

- Knowledge of local statutory regulations- added benefit

- Vendor Management/ Negotiation Skills

- Ability to work accurately under time constraints

- Have consistently demonstrated a high level of customer service

- Ability to develop effective relationships across all levels and with diverse groups/stakeholders.

Work Relations:

Internal:

- Reporting to Vice President-HR for all admin and functional purpose.

- Interfacing with key Global HR team, Finance, Admin, IT, Software for overall coordination.

- Interface with CEO's office for performance management of Global HR team.

External:

- Interface with Professional Networks.

- Interface with best practice organizations.

- Interface with suppliers/ vendors.

Qualification:

- Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

Positive, pro-active and enthusiastic, People Orientation, High on Integrity, Cool Temperament, Inter-personal skills, Administration and Management, Relationship Building, Judgment and Decision Making, Analysis and Problem Solving, Effective Communication (Oral and Written), Presentation, Customer-focused, Organizational skills and Self Motivated.

The ideal candidate will be a person who has a convincing personality, has a sense of urgency, is proactive and result orientated. Depicts ownership. Demonstrate skills in various HR functional areas (especially employee relations, coaching and change management) with the ability to work at all levels of the HR stack (strategic, operational and tactical).

The Job Profile indicates that incumbent must demonstrate credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward. Also, demonstrates clear business acumen and an ability to drive for results and get things done. Individual with high energy level, high level of initiatives, consistent and high performer in a similar role, good communicator, and team player can be the best candidate for the role.

Experience: 3-5 Yrs., as HR Generalist Professional

A. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as HR generalist in a BPO/KPO domain.

B. A proven track record of working under stringent timelines.

C. High level of computer proficiency, primarily Excel/PowerPoint.

D. Sound knowledge of HR Policies & Practices.

E. Should have worked in flexible shifts in a 24X7 environment.

F. Must be open to travel to support campus/HR initiatives from Time to time. Travel percentage-20%.

Shift timing: 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM (Must be open to stretched working hours as per Global time zone)

Working Hours: 5 days week (Must be open to work on Saturdays)
