POST TITLE: Talent Partner

LOCATION: Bangalore - India

Team & Role

Working within the wider HR team you will report directly to the Talent Manager and support them with delivering the L&D strategy across functions in India. You will also work closely with the HR team based in India to continuously develop the HR eco-system.

The Requirements

To assess, train and coach Advanced group employees to increase effectiveness and develop career paths. In this role, you will:

- Focus on delivering full training cycle (Scoping, LNA, Design, Delivery & Evaluation) for learning interventions

- Identify opportunities to improve functional performance by conducting learning needs analyses and designing bespoke interventions to drive measurable improvement

- Own and deliver the new joiner learning programmes (Boot Camps) and other functional training for entry level and experienced staff.

- Evaluate external training requests and the effectiveness of external training

- Develop strong stakeholder relationships with leaders and managers across R&D and allied functions to providing consultancy on staff learning and development issues within their areas as well as feedback and coaching as required.

- Follow up on development actions with delegates and managers to ensure behavioural change

- Develop assessment material that can be used to support recruitment and development decisions.

We would like you to have:

- Excellent Communication skills both face to face and in writing

- Significant experience in supporting organisations as an L&D specialist

- Training delivery experience is essential

- A full understanding of the learning cycle

- Experience in applying coaching skills at all levels of the organisation

- Significant experience in working with stakeholders across levels
