Advanced Analytics Role - Pharma

Responsibilities :

The Role demands for a highly qualified professional with experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Advanced Analytics with below responsibilities:

- Ability to design analytics solutions, simulation, modelling to address business problems

- Identifying business acumen, analyzing the problems and providing solutions

- Forecast to be developed considering trending/statistical techniques, inputs from sales and marketing teams and alignment with long term financial plans

- Analyze and measure forecast accuracy and provide insights and take corrective measures

- Continuously improvement of Forecasting Techniques & Approach on SKUs level

- Develop demand forecasts based on demand patterns and business trends.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify forecast error and work with customers, sales team and supply chain management business partners to take corrective action to drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy on SKUs level

- Perceptual and analytical problem solving abilities relating to data analysis, identifying performance trends and presenting skills.

- Ensure delivery of projects within timelines

Minimum Qualifications: 

- Education : MSc - stats/Maths/Economics with minimum 4 years of experience in advanced analytics

- Demonstrated proficiency in statistics, forecasting and forecasting methods

- Efficiency in R/Python

- Efficiency in advanced excel

- Effective communicate in writing and verbal

Preferred qualifications:

- Pharma domain

- Able to nurture robust working relationships with the team, peers and clients, scheduling flexibility required

- Overall candidate should have problem solving, macro-level research and analytics approach and good in numbers.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
