JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MARKETING MANAGER:
1. Marketing Strategy
- Market Research, Consumer Insights, Competition tracking and undertaking monthly competitive assessments to provide strategic inputs for key decisions
- Providing actionable insights and roadmap for New Product Development including Product and Pricing Mix, Brand communication and Marketing Channel mix
- Establish marketing strategies for individual assets across Commercial and Residential verticals as well as across the entire spectrum of Luxury, Premium and Affordable segments
- Formulating annual marketing calendar: Marketing Requirement Detailing by defining deliverables and outlining dependencies and risks.
- Measure the success of marketing campaigns against defined goals and metrics and make necessary recommendations for adjustments
- Prepare marketing reports, MIS for investors and management
2. Marketing Budgets and Expense Control
- Formulating marketing budgets and monitor monthly expenses to ensure budgets are being maintained
- Seek the most cost effective and creative ways to reach target markets
- Negotiate and manage AMC's with vendors
3. Marketing Implementation
- Campaign Management: Ideation and implementation of marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and Digital mediums as per marketing objectives of brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, conversions and revenue generation.
- Content Development: Develop content for website as well as various marketing collateral like brochures, coffee table books, newsletter, emailers, flyers, audio-visuals and video walkthroughs, corporate presentations and signages;
- Corporate Website Management: Maintain corporate website content, images and updations.
- Digital Marketing: Formulating and implementing white-hat SEO strategies; Implementing SEM campaigns and tracking ROI
- Social Media Management: End to end Social Media channel management from creatives and content creation to ROI metrics tracking and improvement
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns from design to delivery, for new product offers and customer education
- Vendor Management: Monitor and oversee implementation of marketing initiatives with vendors, track progress and review deliverables according to specified quality requirement. Meet and manage ad deadlines with print, OOH and online publications
- Multi-Media Projects: Manage multi-media projects such as photo shoots and video shoots
4. Transaction Management:
- Corporate Networking to promote company projects across Residential and Commercial real estate verticals
- Experience Centre Management and Site inspection Management
- Overseeing Sales Process Management and maintaining process efficiencies
- Channel development management across IPC's and other Channel Partners
- Evaluation of Lease/Outright Purchase offers, Negotiating terms and rentals, overseeing Client proposals and RFP- s
