We have an urgent opening for the role of Advance analytics with a very leading MNC.
JD:
Strategic Thinking:
- Able to influence the strategic direction of the project by understanding customer's priorities and deriving KPI's to tailor project approach.
Modeling:
- Design and implement statistical / predictive models by understanding business requirement.
Analytics:
- Utilize analytical tools like SPSS, Excel, IBM Watson and programming language like Python, R to identify trends and relationships between different pieces of data, draw appropriate conclusions and translate analytical findings into risk management and marketing strategies that drive value.
Drive Enhancements:
- Develop tools and reports e.g. Dashboards that help users access and analyze data resulting in higher revenues and margins and a better customer experience.
Communications and Project Management:
- Capable of turning dry analysis into an exciting story that influences the direction of the business and communicating with diverse teams to take a project from start to finish.
- Analyze campaign data from different sources such as Oracle Eloqua, SFDC, CISCO website, etc.
- Transform and Load these data at one place i.e. Hadoop for building a reporting dashboard using Tableau.
My responsibilities include:
- Understanding different components of Oracle Eloqua like Campaigns, Emails, Landing Pages, Forms, etc.
- Understanding the flow of data by analyzing different reports in Insight (Oracle Eloqua)
- Validation of all Dimension Tables/Data in Hadoop (extracted by CISCO IT team from Oracle Eloqua, etc.) by building ER Diagrams/Replicating reports (Oracle Eloqua).
- Analysis of key parameters (KPIs) that can be used for measuring campaign effectiveness, reporting and dashboards.
