Advance Analytics Role - BFS

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Hands on experience on Statistical Analysis, strategic projects and modeling

- Must have relevant 4 yrs experience into the analytics domain.

- Modeling Experience (Predictive Modeling, Linear/Logistic Regression modeling, ML Modeling)

- Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent.

- Indepth knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is a must.

- Knowledge of Phython, R and exposure to Machine Learning techniques

- Any language SAS, Python but has to be proficient.

- Banking experience preferable

- Lead analytical projects and/or statistical models to include project design, data collection, database design, analysis and presentation of results.

- Data mining using state-of-the-art methods

- Applying advance/deep analytics to build complex network models for prediction

- Establish quality standards in terms of timeliness of the projects and accuracy of the deliverables.

- Ability to work effectively as an individual and within a group

- Ability to be flexible and productive in a fast-paced environment with geographically distributed teams

- S/he should have analytical independent thought process and can do attitude towards all the problems needing a solution.

- Adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with Company and regulatory standards, policies and practices; report control weaknesses, compliance breaches and operational loss events.

- Complete other related duties as assigned and support the Company's Diversity programs

Skills/Experience Required :

- Must be a self-starter and will be required to work under minimal supervision, but with firm deadlines.

- Graduate / Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, related field or equivalent experience.

- At least 4 years of proven data analysis and/or IM experience, or equivalent.

- Knowledge of SAS/PYTHON, SQL

- Good organizational, analytical, problem-solving and verbal, written communication skills.

- Strong programming skills to include knowledge of statistical programs and/or advanced database programs
