Advance Analyst

Your key responsibilities:

- Demonstrating the ability to find information from EY and client resource efficiently

- Demonstrating effective written and oral communication skills

- Well versed in the preparation of international forms 5471, Form 8858 and Form 8865

- Familiar with OneSource and/ or CorpTax software.

- Documenting all tasks and timelines, resource, requirements to clarify scope and scale of projects.

- Assist seniors in managing client and projects.

- Adhere to practice protocol and other internal processes consistently.

- Validate client data & interact with U.S. teams.

- Prepare informational forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and other disclosure statements as prescribed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

- Delivering high quality product within stipulated time.

- Project Management

- Multi-Tasking on various projects.

- Comply with the Firm's Compliance Procedure.

- Ability to work and plan effectively with minimal direction in ambiguous situations

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building high functioning teams

- Able to articulate/position complex/critical challenges, issues, etc.

- The ability to priorities when working on multiple complex projects

- Strong influencing skills, and the confidence to question existing processes

- Be able to guide and help new staff.

- Work with the Tax Seniors in meeting project deliverable timelines

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Should have a minimum of 1 year / at least 500 hours of experience in preparing International tax forms

- Should have enough experience to prepare complex Tax Returns.

- Should be client service focused.

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Awareness of other taxes in the US

- Ability to read, interpret and apply the tax legislation
