Amazon Ads Manager

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.

Experience Required: 3 to 6 years (Relevant experience).

About the Role:

Were looking for an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to lead advertising initiatives on Amazon and Flipkart.

You will be responsible for building and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, optimize ACoS, and scale advertising efforts across marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage paid marketing campaigns on Amazon (primary) and Flipkart.

- Develop and implement scalable ad strategies to boost eCommerce revenue.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics (e.g., ACoS, ROAS) across 46 accounts.

- Perform daily account responsibilities including keyword management, bid strategy, and budget control.

- Conduct deep performance analysis and generate actionable insights.

- Collaborate with R&D teams to prepare and launch new products effectively.

- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on KPIs, revenue, and campaign goals.

- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and apply best-in-class optimization strategies.

- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders regarding project timelines, performance, and updates.

- Manage and mentor junior team members; ensure smooth execution of campaign operations.

Requirements:

- Proven expertise in Amazon Marketing (both paid and organic growth).

- Hands-on experience with Flipkart Ads; Myntra & Quick Commerce platforms are a plus.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make business recommendations.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- High proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

- Strong communication and team management skills; agency experience preferred.
