- Minimum of 9 years of sales experience
- Should have good understanding of the Captives industry segment and have experience in captive industry.
- Ability to identify and acquire new logos with hunting and farming capabilities to create new business opportunities.
- Should be able to engage CXO / C-Level executives and also ability to network with key decision makers & other influencers in Captives.
- Identify areas and opportunities within the customer organization
- Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment
- Directly own the account plans and target forecasting revenue/ order book, maintaining and growing pipeline.
- Complete P&L responsibility of the assigned target
- Identify emerging trends & share the company's response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this sector.
- Enable growth by building structured pipelines, solutions, winning proposals and ensuring engagement initiation from a delivery perspective
- Should have an existing client & partner relationship in this sector.
- Ability to construct & execute a multiyear business plan
- Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs.
- Generating revenue from the acquired Logos
- Should be a good communicator. This role being customer facing will require leading presentations / discussions with the customers including price and contract negotiation.
- Should be a go-getter and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.
