Our client, one of the global one of the top HR consulting firms in the world is looking for a Procurement Transformation - Adoption Lead for 6-7 months to work remotely.

Role Summary:

One of our clients, a global consulting firm is looking for an Adoption Lead for a transformation program in the Procurement domain on contract for 6 - 7 months. The role holder will create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. The role involves driving a large transformational change program at a global level. The role holder will be working remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.

- Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.

- Work with the product owners and adoption Managers and design the end to end plan for adoption

- Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client's Change Management methodologies.

- Coordinate with the adoption managers to prioritize the interventions for release. Monitor and ensure plan adherence for all tracks

- Plan and allocate team members from the adoption hub for the interventions of the products

- Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.

- Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation.

- Report to the steer committee on the progress of each products- adoption intervention

- Regular updates on any risks, issues, dependency through the adoption programme to the steer committee.

Job Skills & Requirements :

Skills and Experience in the following areas are required :

- Developing Change Strategy (Preferably for a Tech Change)

- Running a PMO for a global transformation program

- Large-scale Change Management

- Familiarity with Project management and Change Tools

- Large scale Landing and Adoption Management

- Complex Project Management

- Familiarity with Procurement / Supply Chain and Logistics

- Familiarity with analytics and Dashboards

- Ability and willingness to work remotely and drive the programme
