The challenge :

- Strategic Partner Development Managers manage the day to day services relationship between Adobe and Adobe's strategic partners.

- Successful Partner Development Managers are technology-savvy individuals who have experience in Big Data, online marketing, and the partner ecosystem of digital marketing. They know the value of digital content, web analytics and optimization tools in driving online strategies.

- Partner Development Managers work directly with our partners and Adobe Alliance Managers and Partner Sales teams to understand business, technical and reporting requirements and ultimately drive Customer Success. In short, they represent Adobe Global Services to our largest Partners worldwide.

This position includes all of the following aspects :

- In-depth knowledge of partner ecosystem, business model, and digital marketing strategy

- Focus driving customer success through enabling and supporting partner led sales and deliveries of Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions

- Cultivate future projects as well as identify and qualify new opportunities to expand partners- use of Adobe's solutions

- Work closely with Global Alliance Managers (GAM), Partner Sales Managers (PSM) and other Adobe team members (consulting/project management/engineering services/customer support) to ensure client success and satisfaction

What you will do :

Practice Development :

- Help Partners build sales and delivery capacity and capabilities on Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions.

- Drive certification, specialization & capacity planning

- Contribute to and support the business plan for your assigned partners as the strategic expert and guide in formulating the Partner Practice Development plan that includes enablement, technical solution training and best practices as well as co-delivery of customer engagements with Adobe Professional Services (PS)

- Identify needs and alignments for Adobe professional services:

- Additional implementation assistance if needed

- Custom enablement

- Implementation best practice sharing

- Support Partner Led Deliveries

- Facilitate joint Partner and PS engagements

- Track status of implementation projects with partner's Top Customers

- Facilitate resolution of support escalations from partners

- Connect with consulting, support and engineering to resolve technical issues impacting partner's Top Customers

Support Sales Execution :

- Support strategy/pipeline management with GAM/PSM and confirm partner capabilities prior to deals signed

- Track and ensure renewals of partner's top accounts

- Facilitate joint account plans with assigned Partner's sales teams and PS Sales to drive Services Joint Partner Wins (JPW) and achieve agreed upon JPW targets and achieve/exceed services sales for GEO.

- Contribute to and participate in Partner/Adobe Quarterly Business Reviews and Planning activities

- Manage partner services relationship for all assigned partners and their key customers

- Ensure that partners are getting value from Adobe's Marketing Cloud Solutions and receiving maximum return on their investment

- Communicate consistently with partners throughout the contract lifecycle, escalating important issues where needed to support business development aligned w/ GAM/PSM

- Provide resources to answer partners- questions, identifying needs for account customization and further implementation where applicable

What you need to succeed :

- 10+ years of experience with Enterprise software and Partner/Agency development

- High-level of business acumen

- Fluent in SaaS and on premise services models

- Demonstrated success managing executive relationships with Partners and Customers

- Experience with managing successful Field Services (Consulting delivery) engagements and relationships

- Ability to set clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets

- Ability to influence product and engineering teams based on Partner insights

- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills - both verbal and written

Experienced in :

- Internet and online marketing

- Online optimization

- Adobe Marketing Cloud Solutions

- Adobe Creative Cloud Solutions

- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web protocols is necessary

- Strong analytical skills

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred

- Up to 30% mostly domestic travel
