You will drive the product marketing and demand for Adobe Captivate Prime - a high growth business that has already received massive admiration in the industry and has dozens of awards under its belt! We are looking for seasoned B2B marketing professionals who will own the overall marketing strategy and execution, accelerate demand generation, drive customer experience and product launches. Responsibility - You will build go-to-market strategy, allocate budget, execute plan and establish cadence of monthly and quarterly exec-level reviews to show the return on investment on marketing initiatives. You will provide strategic direction to the global business plan and will also be directly responsible for helping sales achieve their sales target. - You will be managing brand and demand generation activities to grow brand awareness and drive traffic, conversions and engagements. You will be a custodian of the product messaging, customer communication, field marketing, sales enablement, digital marketing, social campaigns, and online events - You will define, build, and execute the ABM strategy for key accounts and helps sales team with personalized selling based on prospect need and persona. You will craft and execute effective programs to engage senior leadership from large enterprise accounts. - You will collaborate with pre-sales teams, customer success teams, product and engineering leadership, consulting and identify gaps and areas of opportunity to build positive change that will impact our customer's success. - You will analyze market trends and competitors that enable you to develop differentiated marketing strategies and influence product decisions to increase our market presence and penetration. Experience required - 10+ years of Product marketing plus Digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS. - Should have led and executed systematic product launches at a global scale. - Performance marketing experience to effectively track marketing funnel. - Expertise in programmatic advertising and experience in reporting tools, such as Salesforce, Marketo and Marketing Suite - Should have executed ABM programs at scale with proven results. - Experience in creating and executing GTM for enterprise customers that have led to high engagement and pipeline building - Excellent communication, presentation skills and proficient in English (written and verbal).
