Adobe - Senior Manager - Sales Operations (8-15 yrs)

Sr. Manager, SMB sales operations - Responsible for Sales Operations initiatives related to Outbound, Inbound, Chat and Customer Lifecycle Inside Sales Team to support key sales objectives. This role is focused on delivering results on multiple initiatives across Phone Sales business like sales processes, product launch, POC's, training, business consulting support on topics such as reporting and analytics, Quota and Comp planning, QRF, Sales Rep Productivity, Forecasting Accuracy, Pipeline Health, Cost of Sales, Renewals and Customer Retention etc. This role provides an opportunity to work on high profile and strategic initiatives across Phone Sales.

This role requires a higher degree of go to market understanding of different regions, deeper understanding of sales processes and management practices, and cross functional collaboration. In this job, incumbent is also required to analyse complex problems in a methodical and structured manner, he/she must have higher order of communication, stakeholder management skills coupled with executive presence.

Run the business :

- Technical and Functional expertise in Sales Operations Reporting, Insights, Quota setting and Compensation

- Territory coverage and capacity planning, Forecasting, Pipeline management

- Performance and productivity reporting across the teams and geo's

- Standardization of processes working in collaboration with stakeholders in different teams

- Collaborate on Process mapping and SOP development, documentation of key processes

- Manage Quarterly business reviews with leadership

- Process audits, suggest and implement improvements, Data audits to improve data quality in systems

- Suggesting and implementing corrective action plans for non-compliance activities, performing Root Cause Analysis with action plans

- Performing Risk Assessments on the programs basis their credentials

- Facilitation of compliance audit on the back-end as well as front end processes

- Building excellent logical thought process for gap representation effectively

- Building strong rigor and people skills to ensure timely closures of gaps, helping function/s emerge as efficient

- Tracking the program progress basis the KPIs and flagging when appropriate

Grow the business :

- Drill-down analysis of KPIs and business measures to find the areas of opportunities and individual outliers

- Evaluate areas to unlock future growth for Phone sales operations


Success will require the following key capabilities:

- Ability to disaggregate the problem into logical chunks that lend themselves to efficient analysis.

- Executive presence - ability to build credibility through virtual interactions ((telephone, connect, VC) with senior sales leaders

- Strong work ethics and ability to work independently "filling in the blanks" as appropriate in the stakeholder requests (vs. merely executing to instructions)

- Excellent on Adobe Leadership capabilities - Be Creative, Be Focused, Be a Leader. Help scale the business, lead check-in, demonstrate high EQ, leading the change and

- Multitasking : Timely execution on multiple business priorities

- Ability to define, measure and assess the progress against the set business goals

Target Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred

- Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in managing Sales operations team projects and processes for Sales within high-tech industry, software preferred (SAAS)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to an executive audience

- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, including the ability to research and simplify complex situations

- Strong Project management skills, action orientation, improvement orientation & change management

- Good understanding of Creative cloud and its products

- Highly analytical and organized, high EQ

- Excellent team leader, ability to get things done on time every time

- Negotiation skills, ability to manage and collaborate through matrix organization and influence for results

- Excellent with Excel, Tableau, Power BI and Report Analysis
