We are a team of highly passionate recruiters hiring for promising product based Startups and Mid size companies PAN India.

About our Client :

- Currently we are hiring for a Multinational Geo Location mapping services Company with its offices in France, Singapore, and UK for the position of an "Accounts and Office Administrator" with 3-7 years of experience in "Inside Sales" preferably IT or IT Solutions Sales.

- We are looking for an Accounting & Administration Assistant to support the International Office Manager in the administrative management of our international subsidiaries.

- Home office while the covid situation gets better, then access to a coworking space with the rest of the team

Main missions (e.g. manage, decide, control...)

Assist with confidence

- Provide assistance on the management of international structures with :'

Accounting :

- Sending of accounting documents

- Bank reconciliations

- Lettering of payments

- Management of expense reports

- Filing and archiving

- Follow-up of customer collections(recovery of overdue payments)

Finance:

- Contact with banks and management of banking in the event of the creation of a subsidiary : participation in the opening of the bank account

Legal :

Management of the legal affairs (setting up and monitoring of boards of directors, etc...)

- Administrative :

- Filing / archiving

- Various administrative tasks

Logistic :

- Management of the co-working spaces (local contract subscription, contract termination, contract suspension, invoicing follow-up)

- Be the contact point between WGS and external service providers on these different subjects

Secondary missions-Administrative management :

- Sales administration support on local specifics

Skills :

- Mandatory experience in a demanding environment (start-up, scale-up, accounting firm...).

- Bilingual French/English

- Emergency management

- Analytical mind (interaction/consequence analysis), synthetic mind, curiosity, desire to learn

- Good communication, team spirit, spirit of anticipation

- Structured, organised, rigorous, resourceful, responsive, involved, versatile, responsible

- Self-entrepreneurial spirit / 3D vision of subjects

Autonomous :

- At ease with remote management, therefore at ease with remote communication tools

- Basic accounting knowledge (invoicing, collection, bank reconciliation, etc.)

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment

- Know the Office Suit and Google Suit as well as the Mac environment.
