QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
MBA/ Masters in General Management is preferable
Proven track record as an Admin Lead
Prior experience in setting up office locations and managing multiple locations
10+ years of relevant experience (preferable)
Note: Extremely good communication skills are required for this role, looking someone who is experienced and well connected with authorities in Delhi / NCR
Role Overview:
- This person will be responsible for managing the entire administration operations of the company. This person would be a people leader and will be responsible for process creation related to admin both for his team and the company.
- This role is critical for the company as the company is looking to shift its location and expand rapidly. Thus this role would spearhead infrastructural requirements associated with the company's movement as well as expansion. Leadership and Strong result orientation is imperative to the success of this role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This Administration Head will be responsible for the smooth running of the office facilities (housekeeping, facilities, security etc). This person should have experience in handling multiple locations
- This person would define policies and process related to the function and be responsible for implementation across the company
- This person will be responsible for the maintenance and handling of all infrastructure and equipment such as gen sets, lifts, electrical panels, Fire related equipment compressors, Transformer, ETP, HVAC, office equipment, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, would be this incumbent's responsibility
- This person would be responsible for Security and Surveillance of the premises as well as monitoring of cameras.
- Budgets related to Administration would be proposed by this individual. He/She would be responsible for the spend against projects and activities that come under the admin team's purview. This person would ensure cost optimization across all requirements related to their domain
- Identification of vendors & vendor relationships. Vendor management would be critical to this role. This person should have his own vendor network in place and should be able to drive high levels of service
- This person will not only be responsible for maintenance but also will play a key role in setting up an establishment. Thus complete awareness to statutory compliances and adherence - both with regard to the organization and vendors will be needed
- Liasioning and stakeholder management. This person will be liaising with local police, local administration and partnering with internal teams for various tasks . Thus managing people should be his strength
- He/she would manage outings, programs meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel reservations for guests or employee travel as needed.
- This person would be responsible for asset Management, purchase, storage and issuance. This person would also be responsible for IT assets in the company.
- He/ She would be a custodian of administration related information and would supervise administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, pest control, housekeeping, etc. he/She should be comfortable with back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc.
