We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Manager, Growth & Marketing to join our team. As the Manager, Growth & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by effectively managing marketing campaigns, generating new leads, and supporting the sales team. Your responsibilities will include creating compelling mail content, executing email campaigns, developing marketing materials, managing our website content, and supporting new partnerships and collaborations. Job Location: IIT Madras Research Park, Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Generate Business Leads for B2B engagement Coordinate meetings with potential partners and follow up on collaboration opportunities.

- Conduct market research to identify new leads and generate a pipeline of potential customers.

- Network and attend industry events to build relationships and expand our business network.

- Provide key account management support, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand voice and compelling messaging through all digital media (Email, Social Media etc.)

- Execute marketing campaigns, including segmenting target audiences, scheduling and sending emails / social media messaging, and tracking campaign performance.

- Ensure creation of Intelligent infographics and visually appealing creative content to promote products/services.

- Create informative and persuasive case studies showcasing successful client engagements.

- Lead website content management, including updating news articles, case studies, and other marketing materials.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in marketing and sales(3-4 years of experience and preferably B2B SaaS)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.

- Experience in ideating (designing marketing materials is added plus).

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical skills to conduct market research and identify new leads.

- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of the OOH industry and market trends is an added plus.
