ADM/Deputy Delivery Manager - Data Analytics (4-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities
- To work on building the Tableau based Analytics Platform Solution for the customers
- To make presales presentation to the Clients on Analytics Platform
- To manage the team of developers to build the solution
- To come up with innovate ideas to improve the solution and increase the reach of the platform to a larger customer base
- Mine and analyze data from company and customer databases and leverage the data
- Gather customer requirements and build custom Analytics based reporting and analytics solutions
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and other business outcomes.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Required skillsets
- Strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations
- Experience in visualizing/presenting data using Tableau dashboards with embedded analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
- Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
- Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modeling skills
- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications.
- Experience using advanced statistical analysis tools (SPSS, RapidMiner) with large and complex datasets
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures
- Practical experience with SAS, ETL, data processing, database programming and data analytics
Desired skillsets
- Coding knowledge and experience with several languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with distributed data/computing tools: Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Gurobi, etc.
