Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Business Alliances & Growth. This key leadership position is responsible for driving strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and accelerating the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, business development, and account management, along with exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the business alliances and growth strategy in alignment with the company's objectives and revenue targets.

2. Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players, technology providers, and complementary service providers to expand our service offerings and market reach.

3. Lead the end-to-end business development process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

Collaborate with the executive team to define and implement sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans.

4. Build and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction, repeat business, and upsell opportunities.

5. Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and adjust the business strategy accordingly.

Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.

6. Oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and promote brand awareness.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.

8. Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, partnership development, and revenue growth to the executive team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 7+ years' sales experience with a proven track record in building and growing a business. Significant sales experience with digital marketing products and creative designing services preferred, focusing on the large local business sector with local or regional decision-makers, often with multiple decision-makers and influencers.

- Proven successful experience in a sales role.

- Experience in a leading-edge organization that makes a best-practice sales culture a top priority.

- Demonstrable track record in successfully penetrating and growing B2B accounts. Strong skills in integrating analytics, market insights, strategies, account planning, and other best sales practices to create and execute successful growth.
