- Leading a team of ADL scientist

- Manage method development, method validation, & analysis.

- Manage technology transfer & stability studies.

- Preparation of validation protocols, in process & various reports.

- Prepare SOP's, guidelines as per ICH & other guidelines

- Supporting F&D, Regulatory & Process development team.

- Hands on experience of handling HPLC, GC & Other instruments.

- Team Handling capabalities for 10 to 13 enployees

- Excipients Analysis

- Validation

- GLP

- Stability

- LIMS
