Position: Lead - Digitalisation of Existing Distribution

Location: Elphinstone Road

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible at a national level for developing and implementation strategies for digitalization of Exiting Distribution Channels (IFA, ND & Banks ). The Role will be required to focus on Existing Digital Assets ( ABSLAMC~ Partner & ABLSAMC Parter Portal ) for Promotion, transaction volume, Marketing and increasing Digital Active IFA's.

Principal Accountabilities

Accountability Supporting Actions

Digital Sales partnership:

- Assesses the market and identifies existing distributor digital platforms through which ABSLAMC's product portfolio can be integrated for distribution to their set of investors.

- Initiates dialogues on partnerships and deliverables with potential channel partners with support of Business Development Channel.

- To cater end to end business requirements of API & Web Integration into the Digital Platforms by taking support from Digital IT Architecture & IT Team .

Marketing & Promotion:

- To build marketing avenues for the promotion of Digital Assets among IFA's.

- To create Tools like GIF- s, Videos, Training Presentation, Brochers, and other Marketing Material both in the soft & physical form.

- Creation of Direct Marketing Products for building right Recall of Digital Assets among the Target Groups.

- To communicate about Digital Assets at regular interval to both internal & external stake holders.

Driving Sales Numbers :

- To driving the optimal usage of the Digital Assets for driving the Digital Activation of IFA's.

- To drive sales volume by increasing the number of Purchase Transactions

- To increase the number of SIP Transactions through the Digital assets

- To increase the number customer aqusition through these digital Assets.

Digital Asset Improvement :

- To assess the ground level feedback with regards to the UI/UX of Digital Asstes.

- To improve/innovate the existing digital assets for betterment of UI/UX.

- To Focus on improvement of User journeys for higher usage & increasing the volumes.

Stakeholder management:

- To communicate with sales team and provide all tech support with regards to Birla's digital assets

- To understand business requirements and propose solutions from digital assets building perspective
