One of those is Fraud Risk Manager in our Risk & Compliance team at Corporate Office, Mumbai Job Responsibility - To implement the Operational Risk Management Framework in order to identify risks associated with people processes and systems and put in place mitigating controls to reduce the risks. - Implementation of Operational risk policies & framework documents - Performing a reconciliation between the risk events reported to Risk Management Finance and Forensic departments. - Reporting for RCSA results KRI and Loss data to the Risk Management committee and to the Board - Enforce operational risk management standards and processes for the execution of the operational risk programs such as SelfAssessments. - Manage and collaborate with other stakeholders to increase awareness of operational risk and to undertake risk mitigation measures. - Review the risk and control assessment on a periodical basis with the objective of continuous improvement and identification of the new risk from time to time - To monitor the risk profile of the organization and report periodically to the management Education, Skills & Experience - Ideal Experience 2-6 years - Candidate must be from Banking or NBFC company - An experience in Operational Risk is a must - Candidate must possess good communication skills - Candidate should have good interpersonal skills - Candidate must have good analytical skill - Candidate should be very aggressive with a go-getter attitude - Candidate can be an MBA
