Candidate Requirements

1. Expertise in Enterprise Architecture

2. Expertise in Banking/Financial Services

3. Years of Experience - 5-10 years

4. Candidates who can join Immediately will be preferred.

Key Accountability Areas:

- Lead the creation and review of a systems capability strategy that meets the strategic requirements of the business.

- Develop enterprise-wide architecture and processes that ensure the strategic application of change is embedded in the management of the organisation, ensuring the buy-in of all stakeholders.

- Ensure alignment between business strategies, enterprise transformation activities and technology directions, setting policies, standards and practices.

- Using known architectural frameworks, analysis and agile practices to develop holistic solutions that consider the needs of a business function, group of business functions, and the enterprise as a whole.

- Working with other teams and partner vendors to collaboratively develop technology feature sets, ensuring investments in IT are at least step changes toward a robust, cost effective and supportive platform for the future.

- Ensure the technology platforms that are chosen for the different applications lend themselves to capabilities such as Continuous Integration, and Dev QA.
