Job Responsibilities :
- End to End HR responsibility in the respective Segment and Region.
- Ensuring HR presence and impact in the segment by working closely with the Business Managers and other support functions.
- Driving of HR policies & processes, ensuring business goals are met, talent acquisition & aligning HR strategy and execution with business strategy
- Creating an employee connect with HR across all regions and partner with other support functions for a uniform experience to the employee.
- Drive initiatives to develop an open & transparent work environment and build a strong organizational culture across regions and zones.
- Implement employee engagement and career growth opportunities across to create a performance driven workforce.
Skill set required :
- MBA + HR preferably
- 4 - 8 yr+ experience with stock broking industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
