HR Business Partner - BCOE - Performance, Rewards & JAE

Job Description :

- Focus on initiatives in line with group norms and unit requirements to enhance Organization effectiveness

- Evaluate and assess the HR trends and best practices to suggest and drive implementation of new policies and processes to enhance the experience of the sales team and enable a greater extent of seamlessness in decision making

- Develop desired culture through implementation of multiple employee engagement initiatives

- Celebrate personal and organizational milestones to induce a feeling of organizational solidarity

- Drive policy awareness campaigns

- Organize town-hall meetings

- Collaborate with the HR functional head to plan and implement policies & processes that would help the business to be a great place to work

- Collaborate with the HR functional head for key stake-holders reviews and budgeting

- Inculcate value orientation in the business through trainings

- Represent the business unit in the POSH committee and ensure that all processes related to POSH are adhered to

- Ensure a robust pipeline of talent through the talent management system

- Identify current competence gaps and future requirements of the sales team

- Ensure that the right kind of talent is absorbed in the organization

- Monitor the talent acquisition metrics/trackers to maintain a robust pipeline/supply of talent to support business needs

- Implement strategy for either developing or acquiring such competence

- Ensure that there is diversity in the sales team to meet the multitude dimensions of challenges faced by the team.

- Employee Lifecycle Management for sales team

- Manage the lifecycle of any employee from on-boarding to retirement/separation

- Manage employee grievances and troubleshoot employee issues related to software and system usage

- Ensure that employee compensation, incentives, leaves, health and safety policy adherence

- Design rewards and recognition schemes and drive them to retain the talent/people of the sales team

- Ensure that the people get the right kind of training to be able to perform their roles better.

Capability Building :

- Develop a training calendar based on identified training needs

- Nominate people for trainings and drive participation

- Create an online learning platform for the sales team
