Aditya Birla Health Insurance - Senior Manager - Data Science

- Predictive/Descriptive modelling skills (logistic regression, linear regression, Decision tree, Clustering etc.)

- Track record of coming up with new ideas in machine learning, as demonstrated by one or more projects

- Past experience in creating high-performance implementations of Machine/deep learning algorithms

- Ability to own the problem life cycle - defining business problem, feature engineering and extraction from large datasets, exploring right statistical or ML methods, presenting to business stakeholders, and working with IT to deploy the models

- Comfort in Structured and unstructured data handling

- Good understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistics

- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, Angular JS,JSON

- Must have model deployment expertise

Good To have Skills -

- Data management skills (Knowledge of data conversion strategy, capturing data, creating source to target definitions for ETL/ data flow process, data quality, and database management, data modelling, data integrity QA/QC)

- Design, develop, validate and optimize ML kernels and Algorithms for Deep Learning accelerators

- Validation and bench marking of kernels and algorithms for various topologies

- Insurance industry understanding

Profile

- Should be from Tier 1 - Colleges for Quant discipline ( Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics ), and should have 5-10 years of relevant experience

- Good Communication skills as may need to interact frequently with Senior Management / Functional stakeholdrs

- Excitement to scale up experiments
