We are looking for a rock star to maintain & manages web analytics & PPC campaigns. Overseeing website operation, with particular attention to design, content and customer journeys based on insights and analytics.
Must Have :-
- Experience working with Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio, universal, firebase, SDK based, Adobe, GAP, lucky orange, appsflyer,
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition & performance marketing channels (e.g. Search, Programmatic, Social, Affiliate, Email, conversion rate optimization) and CLM (e.g., managing customer data, segmentation, and driving personalization of owned channels)
- Experience utilizing first and third party data for segmentation, audience creation, targeting, and personalization
- Expertise and knowledge in digital strategy, Omnichannel, digital culture and agile process
- Deep understanding of User Behaviour / Web - APP Performance Metrics/ Customer Journeys / Feature usage
- A demonstrated aptitude for analytics
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions
- Tolerance in dealing with bad quality data
- Comfortable working with business, marketing and IT stakeholders

- RFM & Persuasion Modelling, Customer Segmentation & Upselling, Targeted Recommendations, Attribution Modelling & Recommendation system
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Programmatic Ad-buying, UX, CRO, Mobile Business, Mobile and Digital Analytics, Service design/Design Thinking
- Google BigQuery
