Description

Carrying out Management Audit of assigned Units as per audit plan, reviewing the Operations, Internal Control, Risk Management and Statutory Compliances to ensure adherence to Group values.

The work involves auditing as per the approved audit plan, submission of draft reports and finalization thereof based on management response for the Audit Committee, Business Heads and Chairman. The Division also presents a quarterly summary of the audit observations for the Audit Committees of respective Group Companies.

Challenges:

Considering the context, the following are the key challenges:

1. Timely submission of reports after discussion with the unit.

2. Adherence to adequate area coverage as per approved audit plan.

3. Obtain acceptance of auditee on Audit observations.

4. Updated with the latest development in audit field.

Qualifications

Graduate + CA/ MBA finance

Experience Level - 3 - 5 Years

Reports to: Group Executive President
