Job Description :- To plan, monitor, assess train coordinate follow up and implement the activities relating to WCM in the Alumina Plant as per the Road Map designed by the Corporate WCM Cell and guidelines prepared by Hindalco WCM Secretariat and to improve culture and overall excellence in the Plant.

- Preparation for Chairmans Awards for Manufacturing Excellence.

- To coordinate People Management committee related all activities in Plant.

- For improving knowledge & skill through Self learning.

- To conduct Training Classes for enhancing the competence level of team members for achieving WCM goals.

- Facilitation for functioning of all 9 subcommittees.

- To Coordinate as a Convener for Steering Committee People Management & Maintenance Area Committee.

- Coordination Monitoring and Review WCM activities in Plant through Plant Steering Committee Sub Committee 9nos Area Committee 6 nos. & Small Group 78 Nos. under WCM Road Map.

- Facilitation and Coordination of Competitions & various Quality Award in Alumina Plant.

- Intra Plant / Inter Plant Kaizen Competitions among the Small groups
