Job Description -

- Supervise and monitor vendor accounting, and fulfilling requirements of CFD with respect to Quarterly & annual accounts and supervision of Bill Passing.

- Preparation of cost audit report & ensure timely submission of cost audit and interact with auditors.

- Ensuring proper accounting of stock transfer to Depot & depot to customer end & compliance of depot sales account & GST.

- Ensuring timely compliance of all statutory requirements/guidelines along with Corporate Governance & CFD (Corporate Finance Division) Compliances.

- Identifying gaps in the systems and provisions mentioned in SOPs of CFD (Corporate Finance Division) & ensuring the implementation of provisions listed in Business Delegation Manual.

- Preparing & supervision of book of accounts, Balance sheets, financial reports and business reports as and when required and facilitating the data to the auditors.

- Coordinating with the unit risk management committee for insurance coverage of plant and valuation and submit the periodical returns to Government Agencies.

- Ensuring ledger monitoring & regular GL scrutiny for accurate financials.

Qualifications:

- B.Com with CA (Chartered Accountant from ICAI, Delhi) with SAP FICO
