Following is a crisp description of the role :

The purpose of the job is to identify the customer segment, identify trends for various customer behaviour and present reports& dashboards to management for various business decisions using SQL and R knowledge.

Job Responsibility :

- Querying for campaign insights, segmentation and data pulling for customer behaviour understanding

- Scheduling campaigns and ensuring quality of campaign actions as per the business requirement

- Business reporting and campaign reporting - standardized dashboards and custom reports

Location - Mumbai

Role Requirements :

- Ideal Experience : 2-4 years

- Strong SQL querying skills R knowledge highly desired

- Ability to work with PowerBi and create dashboards- are desirable

- High on logical thinking and quick on problem solving

- High on diligence and methodological in approach

- Bias for action and proactive in pulling work
