Job Purpose:

- To enable business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.

- To constantly motive the MDP sales team to achieve the positive growth of the brand Peter England in the trade and modern retail market in the specified territory.

Job Description:

Product Sales:

- To achieve the sales targets through proactive collaboration with the Channel Partners, field business development team, agents as well as directly with the customers.

- To conceptualize and set up a solid framework for sales and distribution network in assigned markets

- Make certain the comprehensive sales for the territory assigned.

- Coordinate reviews, provide review status reports and follow up on action plan

- Responsible for the Branch as a Profit- Center and improving the Profitability Index as per the targets set by the company.

Business Planning & Development:

- Sales projections and channel partner selection

- To conceptualize and set up a solid framework for sales and distribution network in assigned markets

- Understanding, analyzing reviewing market trends, highlights and growth

- Initiate plans and drive products through Trade & Modern Trade Channel in Punjab & Haryana

- Analyze business potential, conceptualize, present to Zonal Sales Manager for approval and subsequent execution.

- To drive sales, augment turnover and achieve desired targets

- Monitor competitor activities and devise effective counter measures for assigned territory.

Channel Management:

- Enable business growth by developing and managing a network of Channel Partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach.

- To develop existing and new distributors/ Clients/Customer s to market the existing and upcoming range of products as decided by the company and ensuring roll out of channel schemes

- Monitor Distribution Networks to ensure ready availability of the product at all times.

- Guide and train channel partners to accomplish set revenue and business targets.
